Scheduling a meeting. From the enjoy.shariiing.com home screen, you can now schedule your Shariiing meetings by generating a link ready to be shared. Please note that meeting links are only valid during 90 days.
New chat window. You can now send messages during your meetings (text messages, web url, gif and emojis).
Embedding persistent annotations in shared contents. Annotations made on PDFs are embedded page by page.
Annotation of full screen content is now available.
New “clean” function, deletes all meeting notes and / or deletes all shared content.
⚡ Improvements:
New route to join a meeting. A new intermediate step allows you to choose how to join a meeting (Joining with a VR headset or from a Shariiing Advanced meeting room will be available soon).
Rating of your experience at the end of the meeting. After leaving a meeting you can now evaluate in addition to sending us a comment.
A new confirmation pop-up is displayed before leaving the meeting in order to limit errors.
